History:

Base 16, constructed in 1997,  is a 350 TPH Astec double drum plant. It has a counterflow design with a drying drum inside the mixing drum. Base 16 has three 200 ton storage silos and 8 cold feed bins to add to its versatility in making multiple mix designs (including RAS, RAP, and WMA).
