Awards The LL Pelling Co. are members of the Asphalt Paving Association of Iowa (APAI). This organization is dedicated to the promotion of quality construction of Hot-Mix Asphalt (HMA) projects. Each year the best HMA projects are voted on by a committee of member contractors. The LL Pelling Co. has been honored to receive the following prestigious awards for 2007:
