Coral Ridge Mall – Coralville

The Coral Ridge Mall Parking Lot was one of Iowa’s largest parking lot construction jobs of its time. The parking lot covered 52-acres and used over 75,000 tons of HMA placed over various types of base. The project also included over 8 miles of PCC curb and gutter. The Coral Ridge Mall Parking Lot project won a Quality in Construction award in 2002, from the Asphalt Paving Association of Iowa (APAI).
