Our Culture

Team Pelling is made up of hard working, down-to-earth Eastern Iowans. From millennials to baby boomers, our group is as diverse in age as they are in life experiences. Our employees stay with us for an average of 12 years! At LL Pelling, we believe people are the best investment. We offer great benefits, training opportunities, good wages, and a safe and steady work environment.

Employee Appreciation Events & More

We love throwing a good party, eating, and having fun! Each year we rent the Palace Theatre at Adventureland and offer hugely discounted tickets to our employees for the day...we're talking less than $20/ticket.

At the end of the year we throw an epic party at either the Hyatt Regency in Coralville or The Hotel Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids. We treat our employees and their plus-one to a buffet dinner, drinks, and entertainment!

And of course, we can't forget the gifts and free swag. We appreciate our employees' rock-solid work ethics and craftmanship so each year we say "thank you" with gifts. Not to brag, but we give out good stuff like big Yeti tumblers, Kijaro XXL camping chairs, rolling coolers, $100 gift cards to Hy-Vee, Fairway, and much more.

Community Impact

As a company that started with humble roots in Iowa City, we love giving back to our community. We support groups that have a visible impact in our home communities and provide access for employees to volunteer at company-sponsored events as well as individual interests.
